Pulled Pork and Arugula Tortillas

Ingredients:
- 4 Vermont Tortilla Company organic corn tortillas
- 2 cups pulled pork (cooked)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pulled Pork:
- If the pulled pork is not already cooked, prepare it by slow cooking pork shoulder with your favorite seasonings until it is tender and easily shredded.
